    No customer service at all!!!!The staff here need some training in dealing with people. Having been told when I booked services for 2 cars, that the services would be capped. We arrived today to be told that this is not the case and that they run a' Menu' servicing', which obviously would cost us more. First I had heard of it. Clearly I had been lied to, however the staff continued to defend their position, implying I was the liar. The female employee (not sure what her role was, as she didn't even introduce herself) snarled at me 'Well I don't know what they told you but we don't do that here' and made no effort to offer a solution, but rather escalated the situation until we left in exasperation. We had driven 70km to this dealership. Not impressed. I wouldn't trust my dead dog with this lot of liars! We have since been on to Jeep head office, who clearly state 'No Jeep dealer can opt out of the capped servicing'. Crooks! Avoid at all cost!
